BENAV & CO. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our public website, submit a project inquiry, or interact with BC Nexus — and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Inquiry forms — name, email, company (optional), project type, timeline, and any context you provide.
- BC Nexus — information you choose to share with the on-site consultant (for example business type, goals, and contact details). We store a structured profile and summary to respond to your inquiry and prepare a Project Planner request — not a full chat transcript by default. Processing stays local unless an AI service is explicitly enabled later.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and reliability.
How we use it
- Respond to project inquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
- Operate our internal Command dashboard (CRM) for leads and client work, including leads qualified through BC Nexus.
- Prefill the Project Planner with context you already provided so you do not have to repeat it.
- Send email notifications to our team when you submit an inquiry.
- Protect the site from abuse (rate limiting, error monitoring).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use inquiry data for unrelated marketing lists.
Third-party services
We use trusted providers to operate the site, including:
- Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Supabase — secure database and authentication for our private dashboard
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms and security standards.
Retention
Inquiry and lead records are kept as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and manage a potential or active client relationship. You may request deletion of inquiry data that is not tied to an active engagement.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information you submitted through this site. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
