Overview

BENAV & CO. (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our public website, submit a project inquiry, or interact with BC Nexus — and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you type into the Project Planner or a contact capture inside BC Nexus (name, business details, email, phone, project description).
• Technical data the host needs to serve the site (IP address for rate limiting on inquiry endpoints).
• Structured profile data from BC Nexus when you qualify as a lead — not a full transcript of the chat by default.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, operate Command (our internal operations console), and send status updates when you have a tracking link. We do not sell your information.

Storage

Inquiries are stored in our database (Supabase) and may be emailed to us via our email provider. Tracking pages are private and are not meant to be indexed.
