CRM and client portals

A lead should not vanish into a text thread. A client should not email to ask “where is this?”

The problem

Inboxes are not pipelines. Shared spreadsheets hide who owns the next step. Clients lose trust when status is invisible.

What Benav builds

Lead stages that match how you actually sell, and optional client-facing status pages with only the fields that should be public. Our own inquiry tracking for clients is this idea applied to Benav & Co. — we can build an equivalent for your process, not a clone of our admin.

Typical deliverables

  • Stage model and permissions
  • Internal lead views
  • Optional public status experience
  • Email or notification hooks you approve

Who it is for

Operators who need this specific outcome — not a bundle of unused features. Southern Nevada businesses and remote U.S. teams are both in scope when the work is a fit.

Process

Discovery, architecture, build, handoff. The about page describes the same sequence without the sales language.

Useful answers

Is this Salesforce?
No. We build or integrate the smallest CRM that matches your stages. Enterprise platforms are a different engagement.
Can clients see other clients’ data?
Not if the portal is designed correctly. Public tokens and field allowlists are part of the architecture, not an afterthought.
